– “Cine Dream Films” refers to the photographer and videographer services provided.
– “Client” refers to the individual or organization booking Cine Dream Films.
– “Services” refers to the photography and videography services provided.
2. Booking and Payment:
– A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (50% of total fee).
– Balance payment is due 14 days prior to the event or shoot date.
– Late payments may incur a fee.
3. Cancellation:
– Cancellations within 14 days of the event or shoot date incur a 100% fee.
– Cancellations prior to 14 days incur a 50% fee.
4. Services:
– Cine Dream Films will provide services as agreed upon in the booking contract.
– Additional services or time may incur extra fees.
5. Copyright and Usage:
– Cine Dream Films retains copyright to all images and footage.
– Clients are granted usage rights for personal or commercial use, as agreed upon.
6. Liability:
– Cine Dream Films is not liable for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, illness).
– Cine Dream Films is not liable for damages or losses to client property.
7. Data Protection:
– Cine Dream Films complies with GDPR regulations.
– Client data will be kept confidential and used solely for services provided.
8. Governing Law:
– These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
